This great wine is elegant with fresh apricot aromas, subtle, of a beautiful aromatic intensity and length. on the palate remarkable. To enjoy as an aperitif, with foie gras, Mediterranean red mullet or with a dessert.

  • Aging on lees and regular stirring for 8 months, which gives this wine a very beautiful aromatic intensity as well as a remarkable length in the mouth.

Cote Fournet is a plot of hillside vines planted in Viogner in the Condrieu vineyard, the exposure is due south, the slope of 40%.
the soil is composed of metamorphic schists. The plot was planted in 1994.

The grape is used for AOP Les jouvencelles.
