This great wine is elegant with aromas of fresh apricots, subtle, beautiful aromatic intensity and remarkable length in the mouth. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with foie gras, Mediterranean red mullet or with a dessert.
  • Tasting : Suave attack, opulent mouth, heady but supple, notes of violets and apricots in a persistent finish. They accommodate from a temperature of 10 to 15 °.
  • Grape variety : 100% Viognier.
  • Harvesting : manual.
  • Yield : 35 hectoliters per hectare.
  • Breeding : On lees - regular batonnage for 8 months.
  • Keep : 2 to 5 years.



Cote Fournet is a plot of hillside vines planted in Viogner in the Condrieu vineyard, the exposure is due south, the slope of 40%.
the soil is composed of metamorphic schists. The plot was planted in 1994.

The grape is used for AOP Les jouvencelles.
