From a blend of Marsanne Roussanne, Very aromatic, both powerful and balanced, can be enjoyed around a white meat fish or alone for pleasure.

  • Tasting: Fruity and floral aroma, melted and powerful wine, all in the mouth in structure and aromas. accommodates a temperature of 10 to 15 °.
  • Grape variety: Marsanne 50% Roussanne 50%.
  • Harvest: manual and destemmed.
  • Yield: 40 hectoliters per hectare.
  • Aging: in oak barrels - regular stirring for 6 months.
  • Keeping: 3 to 5 years.

Les Plantées is a plot of hillside vines planted with Roussanne in the Saint Joseph vineyard, the soil more rocky than the planted ones. The exposure is South Southeast, the slope of 35%.
The plot was planted in 2010.

The grapes are used for white Saint Joseph PDOs such as the Quatuor.

The lakes is a plot of hillside vines planted in Marsanne in the Saint Joseph vineyard, the soil of medium depth, is composed of a mixture of granite and clay-siliceous soil. The exposure is East, the slope of 20%.
The plot was planted in 1998.

The grapes are used for Saint Joseph white PDOs.

La Maison Brulée is a vineyard plot from the top of the hills planted with Syrah in the Saint Joseph vineyard, the soil of medium depth, is composed of a mixture of granite and siliceous clay soil. The exposure is South South-East, the slope of 10%.
The plot was planted in 2005.

The grape is used for the AOP Saint Joseph Blanc Quatuor.

Lavoir 2 is a plot of hillside vines planted in Marsanne in the Saint Joseph vineyard, the soil of medium depth, is composed of a mixture of granite and clay-siliceous soil. The exposure is south, the slope of 25%.
The plot was planted in 2000.

The grapes are used for the white PDO Saint Joseph.
